Shout it from the rooftops! Testimonials are high praise and depending on the size of your business can be somewhat difficult to get. Use it to show the value your company can provide to your clients and prospects.
Consistency
Make sure that your company is sharing the same message at every level. In your marketing make sure that your campaign is easily identifiable across different media. Someone looking at a direct mail piece should be able to recognize your ads on social media as well. In addition, make that your sales team is aligned with your marketing messaging or vice versa. This goes hand in hand with your company culture and branding.
Sell a Problem
What problem do you solve for your clients? How do you make their lives easier, make their operations run more smoothly, or otherwise help them sleep at night? Take that problem and use it to grab attention. Leadoff your messaging with this problem and this will be a great way to get your prospects to dig a little deeper. Create curiosity and then follow up with how you can help.
